If an issue ever arises due to the installation of your flooring, we will correct it at no cost to you. No hassle. No runaround.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers installation workmanship for all flooring types, including:
All installations are performed according to manufacturer specifications and installation requirements. If an issue is determined, at our sole discretion, to be the result of improper installation, we will repair or replace the affected area at no charge.
If materials are required to complete the repair, we will provide matching or comparable product at no cost. Repairs or replacements performed under this warranty do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
Repair or replacement as described above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Coverage applies to the original installation only.
What “Lifetime” Means
This warranty remains in effect while the flooring remains installed in the original location under normal residential use only.
This warranty may be transferred to a subsequent homeowner within 12 months of installation.
This warranty becomes effective upon full payment for the installation.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover conditions unrelated to installation workmanship, including but not limited to:

take care of it promptly.
We may schedule an inspection to assess and resolve the issue. All warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after discovery so we can properly assess and resolve the issue.
